Class Description

New Beginner's Class

This class provides an introduction to the practice of yoga. 

Level 1

This class is for continuing beginning students, working on the foundation of the yoga practice.  We primarily work on standing poses.

Level 2

The Level 2 class offers deeper and expanded study of the yoga foundation, increased study of inversions and backward extensions.

Workout Class

The Workout Class is perfect for students with a solid working knowledge of postures. A faster moving class with some more advanced poses introduced to compliment a firm foundation.

Kids Class

Kids Class is a fast paced class designed for energetic young bodies.  This is a play-based class in which we work quickly through postures.

Parents are welcome and pay half price.
