Park Hill Yoga is a small yoga studio located in the heart of Denver, Colorado's Park Hill neighborhood run by Deborah Baker.

The studio specializes in small classes for kids, teens, prenatal women, and adults. All classes are taught by experienced and Iyengar certified instructors.

Classes are personalized to meet the individual needs of students. The asanas are taught in ways that are both energizing and relaxing.

Park Hill Yoga focuses on Hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition emphasizing physical alignment, and the individual needs of students. Props are used to create a sense of ease and well-being in the postures.

Continuing Beginning Class

This class is designed for folks moving beyond the fundamentals that want support building their yoga practice.

The focus is on Iyengar basics and building confidence as a yogi.

This class runs Tuesday, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Please be sure to preregister today.

Beginner's Class

Is this your first time doing yoga? Do you want to review the fundamentals? This class is designed for you.

We will be learning Iyengar yoga basics and focus on building safe, effective, and fun yoga practice.

Starts Monday, May 4 from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. Please be sure to preregister today.

Basics/Fundamental Class

This class covers the basics of Iygenar Yoga in four weeks. You will learn many fundamental poses of yoga as well as the proper use of props to enhance your practice.

Pre-registration is required.
