The Vestibular Brain will be an on-going topic. Will include therapy for balance, vertigo, dizziness and other issues of the inner ear.

Hybrid on-line and live in-studio classes daily 9:00-10:15am (except Thursdays). Tuesday’s class is on-line only.

All classes open to all levels. No need to bring your own mat, all props provided.

Rates: $85 for 5 classes, $165 for 10 classes, $305 for 20 classes. Packages have a six month expiration. Sliding fee scale available. Trade for light tasks/help also negotiable (work-study).I will make classes affordable for anyone who needs financial assistance.

Free class for cancer patients. Deborah has a great deal of training in somatic therapy, and sensory integration modalities. She also has advanced training in Reiki. Call Deborah for details. Stay tuned for the return of class taught in Spanish (clase impartida en espanol).
